Committee & Church Office Openings

Thank you for your interest in filling an office or joining one of the committees of the church.

Here is list of the current openings:

Clerk - The duties of the Clerk shall be to keep a record of all church business meetings, and keep a register of all church members.  Required to be at monthly leadership meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, as well as church trimester and business meetings       â€‹â€‹

Trustee - The Trustees shall oversee all the finances of the church, and the upkeep and management of the church property .  Required to be at monthly leadership meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, financial meetings, as well as church trimester and business meetings     â€‹

Staff Relations - â€‹ To establish and review job descriptions for each paid position. To provide support for paid personnel. To act as a liaison between the congregation and paid personnel. To be responsible for the hiring of paid personnel, when necessary, unless otherwise stipulated. The team will meet quarterly and additionally as needed. Currently this committee serves on the pulpit committee.  

Nominations - â€‹ In consultation with the Senior Pastor/Leadership Team, to select, secure the consent of, and present nominees for all offices and positions, to be filled at the next Annual Meeting or special meeting of the church. Required to meet yearly in the falland whenever a nomination is needed.

Bylaw  - â€‹ This committee is developed when changes of the bylaws are needed.  The committee works to overview and make the bylaw amendment changes.
